The First Step – Making Contact
You can call us for a free phone consultation regarding your addiction issues, or the addiction problems a loved one is experiencing. We will walk you through a pre-qualification process that includes questions regarding your condition, and any information we would need regarding insurance.
Our admissions counselors are trained professionals who make the initial screening process as simple and quick as possible. When we have the information we need, we will start discussing personalized treatment options that will help you get the best possible results.
Step Two – Being Approved
All of our clients must meet our medical criteria for treatment before we can approve an admission request. We will outline our admissions criteria to you, and then we will explain our decision in detailed terms. If we do not feel that we can help you or your loved one, then we will make recommendations that we feel best serve your needs.
If our counselors determine that you or your loved one is a case that can be handled by our experts, then we will go through the entire admissions process with you. We will let you know if you will have any out-of-pocket expenses, we will give you an outline of the treatment we offer, and we will work with you to complete the information we need to finalize your admission.
Step Three – Schedule the Treatment
Once we have all of your medical and financial information squared away, we then move on to the process of scheduling your treatment. We do have cases where clients need some time before being able to enter our program, and we will advise you on whether or not delayed admission is recommended. But it is our experience that the sooner you get started, the better your chances are for success.
Our programs vary in length, and we will let you know how long you will be here during the scheduling process. Our counselors will review our visitation policies, and we will give you a step-by-step rundown of what will happen on the day you are scheduled to come to our facility. No matter where you live or how far you will have to travel to get to us, we will make sure that your trip is as accommodating as possible.
Final Step – Your Assessment
The final step of our admissions process is your initial assessment upon arriving at our facility. When you first arrive, we will welcome you with open arms and do what we can to make you as comfortable as possible. We understand the challenges that addiction creates, and we know that time is of the essence when you first arrive.
Your first meeting will be with our addiction experts who will work with you to finalize your custom treatment plan. We do not consider anything to be final until you understand our treatment recommendations clearly, and you agree to follow the program put in place for you.
